Every room at FRAME was built for a specific way of training, recovering, or working. Scroll through all of them below.
A massive open floor built for symmetry, silence, and serious weight.
The Main Strength Floor is the heart of FRAME, a single uninterrupted room where the architecture does the talking. Matte black equipment sits in perfect, repeating order beneath a floating hexagon light installation, its warm 3000K glow doing the work that overhead fluorescents never could.
Mirrors run floor to ceiling along one wall; natural light spills in from the other. Nothing here is decorative. Every rack, plate, and bench earns its place.
A boutique theater built entirely around the treadmill.
Rows of Woodway treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and rowers rise in tiers toward a screen that would look at home in a private cinema. The film changes daily, the lighting stays low, and the only sound most mornings is footfall.
It isn't background noise. It's programmed. Members check the board on their way in and pick their day accordingly.

FRAME's answer to the calisthenics box, without the fluorescent lighting.
Turf underfoot, sky overhead. The Turf Room is built for sleds, rigs, kettlebells, and open-floor conditioning, with full glass bay doors that disappear entirely on clear days, turning the room into a genuine outdoor field with the skyline as a backdrop.
Select sessions run with a live DJ set, using the same booth FRAME uses for evening programming, rolled outside whenever the weather calls for it.
A full regulation court, treated like the rest of the building, quietly, architecturally.
The Basketball Studio is a full-size hardwood court, not a half-measure. Black walls and a single architectural light frame overhead keep the focus on the floor, while a wall of glass brings in the tree line beyond.
It's booked for training and open shootaround as often as it's rented privately.
Recovery treated with the same seriousness as the lift.
Cold plunge, sauna, steam room, Normatec compression, massage chairs, and red light therapy sit alongside a stretch studio, breathwork room, and meditation room, each its own quiet space rather than a shared corner of the gym floor.
Past the indoor wing, the Recovery Courtyard opens onto a stone terrace with a fire pit and a running water feature, coffee in hand, phone away, nowhere to be.
One rack. One bench. One mirror. One person.
The Focus Pods are FRAME's most private idea: a row of glass-walled rooms, each fitted with exactly one squat rack, one adjustable bench, one mirror, one speaker, and one lighting scene, built for training completely alone.
Every pod is bookable through the app, in the hours your membership tier allows.
A professional creator space, built for members who train and post.
A podcast corner, a full photography wall, video lighting, tripods, and a product table make the Content Studio a real production space, not an afterthought with a ring light.
Locker rooms built to hotel standard, not gym standard.
Stone counters, walnut lockers, and warm under-bench lighting set the tone before you've even changed. Dyson hair dryers, steam towels, and a full skincare line are stocked and replenished daily, along with charging stations at every station.
Where every member's story gets etched in brass.
