Not a gym. A place built for the people who train, recover, create, and gather, all under one roof, all before nine in the morning.
Fuel. Focus. Perform.
This isn't where you work out. It's where you belong. FRAME was built on one idea: that discipline and hospitality are not opposites. Every space here serves both.
A café built for training, not lounging, protein-forward, quietly premium, open from sunrise.
Focus Pods, silent floors, and programming built around the way you actually want to train.
Cold plunge, sauna, red light, breathwork. Recovery treated with the same seriousness as the lift.
Eight distinct spaces, each built for a different way of showing up.
Turf underfoot, sky overhead. This is FRAME's answer to the calisthenics box, without the fluorescent lighting.
Full glass bay doors open completely on clear days, turning the room into an open-air field. Rigs, sleds, kettlebells, and open floor space for calisthenics and conditioning.
Select sessions run with a live DJ set, the same booth used for FRAME's evening programming, moved outside when the weather calls for it.
Open Air · Turf · Live SoundDiscipline creates freedom.— FRAME
Every member receives a brass plaque, their name, the year they joined, and one line of their own choosing. No before-and-afters. No weigh-ins. Only what they're proud of.
Four tiers. Each one unlocks more of the building, not just more hours in it.
Tour the space in person, meet the team, and reserve your spot before FRAME opens to the public.
